Preparation
  1. Slice a large, round circle from the center of a cold watermelon, ensuring it is about one inch thick.
  2. Pat the surface of the watermelon slice gently with a paper towel to remove excess moisture.
  3. Spread an even layer of your chosen base (yogurt, cream cheese, or coconut cream) over the top of the watermelon slice.
  4. Decorate with your choice of sliced fruits.
  5. Sprinkle with optional extras like granola or shredded coconut.
Serving
  1. Slice the round into 6 or 8 wedges and serve immediately while cold.
