Watermelon Sorbet

Main Ingredients
  • 2 ½ cups watermelon Use ripe, sweet watermelon for the best flavor.
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • 1-3 tsp honey Adjust based on sweetness preference.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender and blend until smooth (or use an immersion blender).
  2. Pour the mixture into the Ninja Creami pint container and freeze for 24 hours.
Processing
  1. After freezing, run sorbet mode for one cycle.
  2. If needed, run respin mode twice for a smoother texture.
  3. Check the consistency; if the mixture is still crumbly, add 1 tsp of water and respin one final time.

Notes

Store the watermelon sorbet in an airtight container in the freezer. It will stay fresh for about two weeks. Let it sit out for a few minutes before serving if it becomes too hard. You can garnish with fresh mint leaves or a slice of lime.
