Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Slice the zucchinis into thick rounds and place them on a baking sheet.
  3. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
  4. Bake in the oven for about 10 minutes until slightly soft.
Topping
  1. Remove from the oven and spread a spoonful of pizza sauce on each zucchini round.
  2. Top with mozzarella cheese and pepperoni slices.
Baking
  1. Return to the oven and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  2. Let cool slightly before serving.
