  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 lb ground pork
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (optional) Add for extra richness
  • 2 large eggs Bind the mixture together
  • 1/2 cup beef broth For moisture
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • to taste Salt Add according to preference
  • to taste Pepper Add according to preference

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, ground pork, shredded cheese, eggs, beef broth, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Mix until everything is well combined.
  4. Shape the mixture into a loaf and place it in a greased baking dish.
Cooking
  1. Bake for 60-70 minutes or until cooked through and the internal temperature reaches 160°F (70°C).
  2. Let it rest for a few minutes before slicing and serving.

Notes

For a moister meatloaf, you can add a bit more beef broth. Consider using different spices or herbs for extra flavor.
