Ingredients
  

For the oats
  • 2 cups gluten-free steel cut oats
  • 6 cups filtered water
  • 2 Tbsp homemade yogurt See Notes to make your own
  • 1/2 cup organic raisins
  • 1 stick Grass-fed butter We use 1 stick
  • Raw honey To taste

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Add the oats, water, and yogurt to your Instant Pot.
  2. Allow the mixture to soak overnight.
Cooking
  1. In the morning, stir in the raisins and select the 'porridge' setting on your Instant Pot.
  2. Cook for 20–25 minutes.
  3. Once cooked, stir in the butter and honey to taste.
Serving
  1. Serve warm in bowls and layer on your favorite toppings.

Notes

Adjust the soaking time to suit your schedule; soaking for at least 6 hours is best. Customize sweetness with honey and add a pinch of salt or vanilla for richer flavor. Any leftover oats can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for about 5 days.
