- In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
- Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add the shrimp to the skillet, season with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes (if using). Cook until the shrimp are pink and opaque, about 2-3 minutes per side.
- Add the broccoli florets and continue to cook for an additional 3-4 minutes until the broccoli is tender-crisp.
- Squeeze the lemon juice over the shrimp and broccoli, and stir to combine.
- Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
Notes
If you have leftovers, store them in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days. Reheat gently in a skillet over low heat, adding a splash of broth or butter to keep it moist.
