- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt and honey. Stir well until mixed.
- Spread the yogurt mixture evenly on the baking sheet.
- Scatter the mixed berries and chopped nuts over the yogurt.
- If desired, sprinkle granola on top.
- Place the baking sheet in the freezer for about 3-4 hours or until the yogurt is fully frozen.
- Once frozen, break the bark into pieces and enjoy.
Notes
Store in an airtight container in the freezer for up to two weeks. Wrap individual pieces in plastic wrap for extra freshness.
