- In a bowl, combine almond flour, protein powder, honey or maple syrup, lemon juice, lemon zest, and almond butter.
- Stir until well mixed.
- Fold in your choice of mix-ins.
- Roll the mixture into small balls.
- Place the balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes until firm.
Notes
These protein balls can be enjoyed straight from the fridge! Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week or freeze for up to three months.
