Ingredients
  

Chicken Marinade
  • 1 pound chicken breast, cut into cubes Use fresh chicken for best results.
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing Can substitute with Italian or Caesar dressing.
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced Adjust garlic amount based on preference.
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • to taste Salt and pepper
For Grilling
  • Wood or metal skewers Soak wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes before grilling.

Preparation
  1. In a bowl, mix together ranch dressing, minced garlic, grated Parmesan, salt, and pepper.
  2. Add chicken cubes to the marinade, ensuring each piece is well coated.
  3. Allow the chicken to marinate for at least 30 minutes.
Grilling
  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Thread the marinated chicken onto skewers.
  3. Grill skewers for about 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until chicken is cooked through and no longer pink in the center.

Notes

For extra flavor, consider marinating the chicken for a longer time, ideally a few hours or even overnight. Feel free to add vegetables such as bell peppers or onions to the skewers.
