Ingredients
  

Brownie Base
  • 1 box brownie mix
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
Cheesecake Layer
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened Ensure it is at room temperature for a smoother mixture.
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup fresh raspberries For the best flavor, use fresh raspberries. Frozen can work, but texture may differ.
  • 1/4 cup chocolate chips Optional, for an extra chocolate flavor.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9-inch springform pan.
  2. In a bowl, prepare the brownie mix according to the package instructions, adding the eggs and vegetable oil.
  3. Pour half of the brownie batter into the prepared pan.
Cheesecake Layer
  1. In another bowl, mix the softened cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  2. Spread this mixture over the brownie layer.
  3. Scatter fresh raspberries and optional chocolate chips on top of the cream cheese layer.
  4. Pour the remaining brownie batter over the raspberries and cream cheese, spreading it evenly.
Baking
  1. Bake for 45-50 minutes or until the brownies are set.
  2. Allow it to cool before removing it from the springform pan.
  3. Chill in the refrigerator for at least one hour before serving.

Notes

This dessert looks stunning on the table and can be served with a dollop of whipped cream or a scoop of vanilla ice cream. Garnish with extra fresh raspberries for a beautiful presentation.
