Preparation
- In a bowl, mix the FAGE Total 2% Yogurt with sugar and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Dip ladyfinger biscuits in cooled espresso briefly until soaked but not soggy.
- Layer the soaked ladyfingers in a serving dish.
- Spread a layer of the yogurt mixture over the ladyfingers.
- Dust with cocoa powder.
- Repeat layers until ingredients are used up, finishing with a yogurt layer.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight to set.
- Before serving, dust with more cocoa powder and garnish with dark chocolate if desired.
Notes
Serve chilled, and store leftovers covered in the refrigerator for up to three days. Wait to add cocoa or chocolate garnish until just before serving.
